the software shut off by its own

I'm currently testing effects of a mechanism on the human body using LifeMOD. The software works good usually. However, some day, I found the sofeware will shut off by its own without any notification, if I try to render the model under skeleton mode.

Do you guys have any idea about how it could happen and how to solve the problem? Thank you. BTW, I use default system setting.
