simulation failed:Could not find SFOSUB function

Hi,

I'm currently facing a problem with simulaiton. The model was created for months and fully tested for many times before. However, this time when I tried to make some modification to the model and re-do the inverse and forward dynamics, the simulation failed. In the message window, it said:

ERROR:   Encountered error "Could not find SFOSUB function in: lifemod_solver::sfosub" while processing user subroutine for World.Britney_BF

ERROR:   Model did not pass verification phase.

Then I opened other models, the simulation was also failed with the same error messages. Do you have any idea about the problem?

I updated the software to the latest version last month before the holiday, and it was great before update. However, this problem occured when I came back. Is it possible that the problem may related to the version?

Thank you. Hope to hear from you ASAP.

version compatibility

This error is usually a sign of version incompatibility.  LifeMOD bin files (and their parent file, the Adams bin files) are not version compatible.  So to open and rerun a bin file, you must be using the same versions of both Adams and LifeMOD as were used to create the bin file originally.  If you upgrade either Adams of LifeMOD, you will need to rebuild the model to continue using it.  Alternatively, it is possible to have multiple versions of both Adams and LifeMOD (one per Adams version) installed on a computer at the same time; perhaps you want to have multiple versions available for older models.

SFOSUB error

Hi,

I face the same problem. Are there any remdies, or do I need to roll back to the previous versions (LifeMOD 2008.*.* and Adams MD) in which the models were created?  I am currently using LifeMOD 2010 as well as Adams 2010.
