Need help in Tennis tutorial!

Dear All,
I have just started studying with LifeMOD. When I play around with tennis tutorial, I get something wrong inside and don't know how to solve the problem. When I run forward-dynamics simulation at step 35, the ball falls down, touch the ground. Then the ball lies on the ground and cannot bound up. I don't know why this problem happens although I do step by step correctly. I spent time on it and I figured out the cause is at step 32. However, I get confused on this step. I filled exactly the parameters as instructed in the figure of the tutorial but still get the same problem. Could anyone know how to solve this problem?
Thanks a lot.

Dear Kim,Looks like there is...
Looks like there is actually a typo in that panel; with a damping of 17 and stiffness of only 1.35, it is way overdamped. Just change the damping value there in step 32 of the tutorial to zero, and try running it again, and the ball should bounce the way it is supposed to. Sorry for the inconvenience, and if you have any other questions or comments feel free to post again! Good luck with your modeling!
Dear Liz,Thank you for your ...
Thank you for your help. After I changed damping value to zero, the sumulation runs correctly. Thanks again.
