BRG facilities more than double in size in response to growing demand and expanding professional staff.
SAN CLEMENTE, CA – May, 2007 - Biomechanics Research Group Inc. (BRG), the leading global provider of biomechanics simulation tools and services today announced that it has expanded its corporate facilities to accommodate its rapidly increasing staff and better serve its growing customer base and partners. The expansion more than doubles the facility size.
“Due to the increasing demand of our LifeMOD™ software and related services we have added several new professionals to our staff,” said Shawn McGuan, President and Chief Executive Officer of BRG. “The new facilities will provide office space for our expanding staff. Part of the new facilities will house an upgraded network compute server farm. The new servers are needed to run our biomechanics simulation tools as we continue to add sophistication and fidelity to our biomechanics models. As part of this expansion we will also upgrade our network throughout the entire facility.”
Since its introduction, LifeMOD™ quickly became the de facto standard teaching and research tool in many universities throughout the world as well as an essential design tool integrated in CAD environments in many leading commercial institutions.
To continue to respond to the existing customer base as well as to push the state-of-the-art in the technology, BRG will continue to aggressively expand its team to include many new professionals. Current job openings include software developers, biomechanics scientists, marketing communications personnel and application engineers. Due to the strict qualifications for maintaining the excellent quality of the current team, the hiring process is expected to be lengthy continuing through 2007.
